An in-store agent can help you RICA and activate in around 2–5 minutes. Doing it from home? WhatsApp RICA to 063 901 0001 and follow the steps with your ID or passport number and SIM serial number. Insert your activated SIM to get connected.

Prefer a new number? Your SIM has you covered. To keep your existing prepaid number, WhatsApp Port to 063 901 0001. Insert your SPAR Mobile SIM before or when starting, and keep your old SIM active for the OTP. Contract customers need to switch to prepaid first.

Already a Rewards member? RICA with an in-store agent to automatically link your SPAR Mobile number to your existing card. Use your original cellphone number, Rewards card or SPAR Mobile number at checkout. New members are registered automatically and can use their new number or virtual card in the app.

Where can I get a SPAR Mobile SIM?

Pick up your SIM at any SPAR, TOPS at SPAR, SPAR Express or SaveMor store. Ask at the customer service desk or speak to a store employee.

Can I keep my current number?

Yes. Send Port to 063 901 0001 on WhatsApp for step-by-step instructions. Insert your SPAR Mobile SIM before or when starting the port, and keep your old SIM active to receive the OTP. If you are on a contract, switch to prepaid before porting.

How long does my rewards data last?

Data from qualifying in-store purchases is valid for 7 days once redeemed. Rewards waiting in your Rewards Wallet do not expire. Data earned in the app by watching ads and completing surveys is valid for 1 day.
